Cyber Terrorism:

Some Hicks supporter called in 5 Live to assert if anyone sends an email to RBS threatening to never do business in the event RBS decides to refinance (or any entity decides to refinance), that threat (email!) constitutes cyber terrorism.

So if RBS communicates that they are to close an account or heap on extortionate interest charges - it's ok?
